I have such a tendency to attach to something, some things I am able to only mildly attach myself then there are other times when I get pretty obsessed.
Something that I have always been obsessed with has been World War II. I have been able to meet a survivor, been to many tribute sites in the United States and read and have seen many stories in the years I have been obsessed.
I recently began seriously looking into travel to Europe to see some of the most infamous sites of that time.
Travel to Europe is very expensive. So this will take some time to save up for.
But for now I'm going to get all the info I can, play around with different airline tools and get psyched. I probably should hold off on this for a bit as my kids are still little but when they're teens this will be a great experience.

I have a friend who did this and was very impressed so I hope this can be part of our experience.
I'd ultimately like to do a Berlin to London to Krakow and make it a long trip on both rails and flight.
